With the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian army, a war has begun in Europe that we in Europe never wanted to see again. There is no justification for this aggressive war by Russia. Our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people and all those who have to worry about their loved ones on site. For the Russian people, who courageously take to the streets to demonstrate against this attack, we hope with all our hearts that this war will end as soon as possible and that freedom, democracy and humanity will prevail.

As a provider of web hosting and cloud services and a subsidiary of United Internet AG, we work with people from more than 50 different nations as well as customers from all over the world. We have been sourcing electricity from renewable, local sources for several years and are independent of Russian electricity suppliers.

To support the worldwide sanctions against Russia, we do not accept any new customer contracts from Russia and also block all existing relationships with Russian customers for the time being. This also applies to business relationships with Russian service providers and suppliers. Furthermore, we will remove the .ru domain extension from our product portfolio.

In addition, we will provide all current Ukrainian customers with their services free of charge until further notice.
